A Franklin High School graduate, class of 2017. Clara played four years for the Panthers as a catcher and third basemen. During her time at Franklin, Clara was a hockomock league all-star and a senior team captain. Also during her high school career, Clara played for the club softball organization, Mass Drifters, where she was coached by softball New England legend, Carol Savino. Clara played two years of 18U Showcase under Savino, traveling the country for competitive tournaments, which included a victory at the Pony National Tournament in Virginia in 2017. Clara was recruited by Rachael Powers at Wheaton College in Norton as a third basemen/catcher. She was a starter for the Lyons freshman-junior year and is currently entering her senior season at Wheaton

Pete Pasquarosa was the head coach at Franklin High School for 13 years, from 1992-2004. Peter finished his coaching career with more wins and with the highest winning percentage in the history of Franklin High School.  In 2002 Pete was named the American Baseball Coaches Association’s Regional “Coach of the Year.” Colleagues have consistently commented on Pete’s enthusiasm and his motivational ability. Since 2005 coach Pasquarosa has moved on to the collegiate ranks serving as an assistant coach at Boston College, Babson College, Wheaton College & Northeastern Univ. Pete has also served as an assistant coach for the Harwich Mariners of the prestigious Cape Code Baseball League from 2004 thru 2019. His commitment to the game of baseball is unsurpassed. He is an elite teacher of the game!
