PITCHING

Pitchers will develop and sharpen their fundamental skills through focused instruction on mechanics, spin and velocity. Each day will include structural drills, live pitching sessions, and individual feedback to improve control and power. Campers will work on generating consistent spin, increasing speed through leg drive and core engagement, and maintaining command and accuracy. Mental preparation, routine building, and mound presence will be integrated throughout the camp to help each athlete gain a deeper understanding of their mechanics, build a stronger mindset, and leave with the tools to take their pitching to the next level. Whether you are just starting out or fine tuning advanced pitches, this camp is designed to help every pitcher grow. Pizza will be served following the last session of camp.

Our instructor, Zoey McDonough of North Attleboro, played three years of varsity softball at North Attleboro high school before graduating in 2023 with high honors. She was awarded a Hockomock All Star award in 2021 and 2022.

Coach McDonough went on to play D1 softball at College of the Holy Cross and Assumption University, where she earned NE10 Rookie of the week accolades. She has made dean's list every semester and is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.

CATCHING

Coach Kaysie Demoura will work directly with all attending catchers to help sharpen their receiving, improve blocking skills, and develop quick, efficient footwork for throw downs. Each day will include focused instruction on mechanics along with live reps behind the plate during pitcher bullpens. Catchers will gain confidence in their ability to command the field, control the zone, and support their pitchers with leadership and precision. Whether you’re an experienced backstop or still developing at the position, Coach Kaysie brings the energy, experience, and detailed feedback to help every catcher elevate their game.
