The Veterans Day clinic will focus on fundamentals of pitching, hitting, fielding and base running. We have an experienced staff that will work on the following: 

• Pitching and throwing mechanics, flat ground and mounds. 

• Hitting mechanics, tee work, front toss, machine work, Live BP, exposure to HitTrax. 

• Fielding and outfield skills and drills.

• Base running techniques, bag turns, straight through the bag and tagging
