4 weeks starting Thursday 9/15 and ending on Thursday 10/6
4 week clinic with Coach Megan is designed to teach proper running mechanics, a foundation of athletic movements, and fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe and competitive environment! Different movement training will be incorporated such as speed, explosiveness, strength, agility, mobility, and injury prevention. The goal is to improve athletic based movements for sport and activity and build self-confidence and competitiveness in these young athletes! This clinic is fun, competive, promotes a social environment, and healthy fitness!
