Coach Clara will lead hitters in a four week progression to focus on improving their hitting mechanics. 

Players will:

 - Learn new techniques to hit with more strength

 - Correct current fundamentals, including grip and stance

 - Improve on-base percentage

 - Recognize good pitches and react with power
