Coach Clara will lead hitters in a four week progression to focus on improving their hitting mechanics. Hitters will learn new techniques to become stronger and smarter hitters. Proper fundamentals are important to having a great swing. Coach Clara will teach hitters how to correct and improve those fundamentals in order to perform better on the field! For the first week and last week we will use HitTrax.
